About us
Advanced Echelon was founded by combat veterans and intelligence professionals with over 50 years of experience in national security.
They spent years working Anomalous Health Incidents/Havana Syndrome and realized there was no company that could help deal with the complexities of taking care of the survivors or reaching attribution, until now.
Our members have led AHI efforts from the beginning, we know the survivors and the problem set.
Advanced Echelon is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) dedicated to taking care of your people and using innovation to accomplish the mission.
We give your people the care they deserve. Advanced Echelon LLC is the only company that has a system of taking care of your organization’s AHI survivors and their families. Our case managers will be there at every step to ensure those affected by AHIs get the timely help they deserve and need.
Advanced Echelon is the one and only company which specializes in modern day open-source intelligence (OSINT), offensively leveraging every vector of Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS), to generate leads and attribute AHIs to state actors.
We leverage our in-house and contracted psychology team to provide behavioral health care for AHI survivors and their families as well as operational psychology services for operational and intelligence applications.
Most people think this all started in Havana in 2016, the widely reported "Havana Syndrome", consisting of mysterious health incidents impacting foreign embassy staff living in Cuba. This led to the US withdrawing most of its embassy staff and suspending consular services in 2017. Early reports were dismissed as psychosomatic or cases of mass hysteria.
Before Havana Syndrome there was the Moscow Signal. From the 1950's to 1970's, Soviet intelligence bathed the US Embassy and diplomatic quarters in Moscow with microwave transmissions every day. The health effects were similar to what we see today. Again, the survivors were accused of mass hysteria.
This problem set has existed in one form or another since President Dwight D. Eisenhower was in office. The gaslighting of AHI survivors continues to this day in some government agencies, as history repeats itself.
It is time to take a new path, we need to take care of the survivors and seek attribution so we can stop these attacks on our people. Advanced Echelon can help, let's go forward together.
